How to Apply

Seven steps from checking requirements to submitting a completed application.

    Check the requirements

    Please check all the requirements for undergraduate programs. Make sure all the documents and a photo are ready before you start the application process.

    Take the Digital Literacy Test

    This test is prepared to evaluate your knowledge and skills on digital devices. If you pass the Digital Literacy Test, you will receive a link to the application form.

    Enter your personal details

    Follow the link, click 'Admission Form' or 'Click Here' to fill in the application form and enter your personal details.

  4. 4

    Provide your address

    Provide detail of your address, including your phone number and an emergency phone number.

  5. 5

    Select your program

    Select the undergraduate program and provide details of your studies and qualifications, including grade 10 and grade 12 transcript, diploma, COC, and degree studies. Accept the application declaration, which includes having a laptop with a webcam and a stable internet connection.

  6. 6

    Pay the application fee with eBirr

    Dial *841# and register for eBirr. For more on eBirr services, call 6836. Your application is not complete until you have paid.

  7. 7

    Check your email

    Check your email regularly for updates on your application.
